GSTR-1GSTR-3BAOC-4
Your team shouldn’t be typing GSTR-1 data by hand.
We build software that fills the forms your firm files every month, from the data you already have. Not advice, not a platform to migrate to — one working automation for one job, running on your machines.
We build it on your workflow in 3–5 business days. You test it before any money changes hands.
You see it working before you pay for it.
Five steps. The first three cost you nothing but a call and an afternoon of checking our output against yours.
Discovery call
Free · 15–20 minutes
Which forms, how often, how many clients, and what the data comes out of — Tally, Zoho Books, ClearTax, or a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand. We ask where the month actually gets stuck. There is no pitch on this call.
We build a working demo
Turnaround · 3–5 business days
On one of your own workflows, with your real data or an anonymised copy of it. Not a slide deck and not a mockup — an automation that runs and produces the file you would have produced.
You test it live
No payment, no contract
Run it against a filing you already completed and compare the two outputs line by line. If it does not hold up on your own data, that is the end of it and you owe nothing.
Refine and scope
Price agreed before the build
We fix what you flagged, then put a number on the full deployment: which additional forms, which integrations, what volume, what it costs. You see the price before work starts.
Deploy and support
Maintained through every cycle
Rollout, then training for the people who will actually use it — repeated for new joiners. When the portal changes a field or a utility version drops, fixing it is our job, not yours. That is what the monthly fee is for.
Where your client data sits, and who we build for.
What happens to the data
- It runs on your machines. The automation is installed on the computer or server your firm already uses. Client ledgers, invoices and PANs stay inside your office network.
- We do not keep a copy. No client data is uploaded to us, stored by us, or used to train anything. What we hold is what you send us during the build — and we delete it when the build is signed off.
- Access is on your terms. During setup and support we work over a screen-share you start, or a login you create and can revoke. Nothing runs unattended in the background.
- Everything is in writing. An NDA before the discovery call if you want one, and a written scope covering what the software touches and what it does not. Encryption in transit and at rest, named in the agreement.
We only build for this
Solution Haven works on Indian compliance work, and not much else. It’s a narrow scope, and we chose it deliberately. It means GSTR-1 and 3B are already two different jobs to us, September and October are already marked on our calendar, and when an AOC-4 attachment fails without explanation, we’ve usually seen that particular silence before.
Generic automation is built for invoice processing somewhere else and pointed at your forms afterwards. Ours starts from the utility, the schema and the deadline. When a form changes, we’re usually looking at it before you ask — keeping up with those changes is part of what you pay for, not a separate quote.
